Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial Welcomes Associate Jason T. Vuchinich

Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce the addition of Jason T. Vuchinich as an Atlanta-based associate, specializing in premises liability, products liability and transportation matters. Vuchinich previously served as an attorney at Hall Booth Smith, P.C.
Vuchinich’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury cases often involving premises liability, commercial transportation and product liability. He represents a broad range of clients including national corporations and manufacturers, commercial and residential property owners and transportation companies. Vuchinich’s significant experience in both Federal and State Courts allows him to reach optimal outcomes for clients through direct settlement negotiations, mediation or jury trial.

Outside of his practice, Vuchinich is the Young Lawyer Liaison Chair of the Retail and Hospitality Substantive Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
Vuchinich earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Mississippi and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. During law school, he was an active member of both the mock trial and moot court programs. Additionally, Vuchinich served as the executive conference editor and on the executive board of the 45th volume of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
