Chamberlain Hrdlicka Continues Growth in Atlanta, Real Estate with Addition of Jennifer Garner

Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Garner as an Atlanta-based real estate associate, building on the continued growth of both the firm’s Atlanta office and its Real Estate practice. Garner is the fifth attorney to join the Chamberlain Hrdlicka in Atlanta this year and the third in real estate, along with shareholder Stephanie Friese and senior counsel Christine Norstadt.
 
Garner’s practice focus is commercial real estate. She counsels and represents a variety of professionals and companies, including property owners, breweries and developers, in matters involving acquisition and disposition of property, commercial leasing and navigating other business and institutional concerns.
 
Past engagements include representing a large pharmaceutical company in various leasing concerns, including drafting and negotiating sublease and license agreements for office, research and laboratory spaces. Garner also drafted and negotiated a lease for a nonprofit organization’s child care facility.
 
Garner is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
 
A recipient of the Environmental Business Council, New England Inc.’s 2018 “Ascending Leader Award,” she earned her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
