Brock Built Homes, a Georgia homebuilding contractor founded in 1984, is now accepting pre-sales for Castleberry Station – the first major housing investment in the area of its kind. Spread across 3.32 acres in the federally-recognized historic district of Castleberry Hill, the Castleberry Station master-planned community features 50 industrial-style townhomes connected by wide sidewalks and a series of unique pocket parks.

Adjacent to downtown Atlanta, Castleberry Station is conveniently located in the heart of it all with easy access to the hippest restaurants, bars, galleries, boutiques and landmarks in Atlanta. The Castleberry Station community in Castleberry Hill offers up-scale urban living in three-story townhomes ranging in size from 2,100 to 2,300 square feet. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom floor plan homes feature all-brick exteriors to complement the rich history and creativity of the evolving Castleberry Hill community.

Known as industrial neighborhood for much of its history, Castleberry Hill began its transformation into a vibrant in-town artists' community in the 1990s with the arrival of the Summer Olympics. Via subsequent loft conversions and the announcement of the City of Atlanta's $1 billion affordable housing community investment program in 2018, the diverse Castleberry Hill neighborhood has rapidly evolved to an in-town destination for families and young professionals.

Centrally located within walking distance of the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Olympic Park and the CNN Center, Castleberry Station is the first major housing development in the area of its kind. The neighborhood's construction represents another major indicator of the growth of the diverse community first designated as a City of Atlanta Landmark District back in 2006.

Brock Built Homes has long championed development efforts of Atlanta's under-served communities through the construction of affordable housing. The locally-owned contracting business has been instrumental in the growth of similar communities on the Westside of Atlanta, where Brock Built Homes neighborhoods have served as the catalyst for the construction of other community assets, like infrastructure, schools and parks. These developments provide housing options for consumers with varying levels of income in one improved community for all.

"Castleberry Station is the newest in-town offering in Brock Built Homes portfolio of homes," explains Steve Brock, president and owner of Brock Built Homes. "Castleberry Hill is a community with a lot of great offerings for everyone, and we are excited to help drive its growth with this development."
The homes at Castleberry Station are priced in the mid to high $400s and are available for pre-sale starting June 22 with an open house at 300 Fair Street SW in Atlanta. The community will be open for residents in early 2020.
