Staff Report From Metro Atlanta CEO

Monday, June 17th, 2019

Sheltering Arms is preparing to raise money for children’s scholarships at its annual signature fundraising event, which will take place on Saturday, August 24, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Flourish, 3143 Maple Drive in Atlanta.

The now-called Embrace Early Tribute Dinner (formerly Celebration Dinner) will include live musical performances, gourmet dining, dancing and online bidding during the live and silent auctions – all benefitting the highest quality early childcare program and Sheltering Arms’ two-generation approach to preparing children and families for success.

“We look forward to this event every single year,” said Blythe Keeler Robinson, president and CEO of Sheltering Arms. “Ninety percent (90%) of our children require financial assistance to attend our program. With dollars raised from the dinner for needs-based tuition scholarships, we’re offering hope to families who want to get their little ones in a high-quality education program. What a great way to begin preparing the next generation for success in school and life.”

Tickets for the event are now available for $250. Table host and sponsorship opportunities are also available in packages ranging from $3,500 to $25,000, offering a variety of benefits, including premium seating and prominent name recognition.
