United Community Mortgage Services is pleased to welcome Kim Witte to its growing team in the Atlanta metro area. Witte has 27 years of experience and is based out of the bank’s Cherokee Street location in Marietta.

Witte was born and raised in Atlanta and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has experience with several types of residential mortgage financing, including FHA/VA loans, conventional loans and jumbo loans. She also specializes in mortgage counseling, ensuring that her clients thoroughly understand and receive the products that are most suitable for them.

Witte is involved with many animal rescue organizations, including Good Mews Animal Foundation and TenderHeart & Great Pyr Rescue. She and her husband Ken have one daughter, Kyle, and one son, Tanner.
