Birmingham-based commercial real estate firm Bayer Properties has been engaged to handle leasing, property management and marketing for The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, an approximately 500,000-square-foot, open-air, mixed-use destination in Peachtree Corners, Ga.
The Forum currently boasts a mix of top-tier retailers, such as Williams Sonoma, Trader Joe’s, Barnes & Noble and Pottery Barn, as well as several dining options and 87,000 square feet of class A office space. Bayer has been charged with refreshing the merchandising mix to better resonate with the local market’s needs.
“Situated in Peachtree Corners, a booming submarket just 20 minutes from Atlanta, The Forum is positioned to become a leading mixed-use destination in the area,” said Paul Neuroth, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Bayer Properties. “We look forward to creating a place people love and are drawn to and seek out for recreation, refreshment and restoration.”
The Forum will eventually connect with Town Center, a new mixed-use development across the street, through a pedestrian bridge currently underway by the City of Peachtree Corners. The bridge, slated for completion in 2020, is intended to connect the two properties to create a larger sense of community and increase the amenities available to Peachtree Corners.
The Forum on Peachtree Parkway is located in Peachtree Corners, the largest city in Gwinnett County, on Peachtree Parkway approximately 2.7 miles north of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, 6.3 miles from Interstate 85 and 6.5 miles north of Interstate 285.
