NCR Appoints David Rusate Corporate Treasurer

NCR Corporation, a global enterprise technology provider for the financial, retail and hospitality industries, announced the appointment of David Rusate as Corporate Treasurer. In this role, he will oversee NCR’s global banking and ratings agency relationships, risk management and other global treasury functions. Rusate will report to NCR Chief Financial Officer Andre Fernandez and start immediately.
An expert in corporate treasury, Rusate has a distinguished career in global finance, including a 25-year career at General Electric (GE). Most recently he served as managing director, foreign exchange and commodity strategy and Treasurer for GE’s Power division. He also served as Deputy Treasurer for GE and garnered a number of industry awards.
“David is highly respected in the financial community,” said Fernandez. “His strong leadership capabilities and deep understanding of domestic and international treasury operations make him ideally suited to lead our Corporate Treasury department as we deliver our growth strategy.”
Rusate served two terms on the Foreign Exchange Sub-Committee of the New York Federal Reserve. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Quinnipiac University.
