OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest advisory firm focused exclusively on employee benefits and HR, announced it’s ranking as 18th on Business Insurance’s annual list of 100 Largest U.S. Brokers. This is OneDigital's third consecutive year being recognized and the ranking reflects the organization's rapid expansion driven by meaningful organic growth and acquisition activity.

The jump in ranking from 25th to 18th speaks to the momentum in both OneDigital’s acquisitive and organic growth. Business Insurance reported OneDigital experienced a 65.5 percent increase in brokerage revenue year over year, the second highest of the 100 brokers who received the accolade. The firm is experiencing an acceleration of acquisitions due in large part to the unique mix of culture, market segmentation and cost advantage in the delivery of advisory services.

“We feel there is a serendipity to the path we have followed over the past two decades,” says OneDigital’s Chief Growth Officer Mike Sullivan. “We spent a decade building a technology and shared services infrastructure and another decade partnering with brokers and building a culture of collaboration, kindness and performance before we made our first acquisition. Before becoming a benefits and HR advisor, OneDigital started as an outsource solution, which gave us the cost advantage in the delivery of solutions to clients. It was this decision that is creating momentum in our growth trajectory today.”

As OneDigital heads toward the close of third quarter, the firm’s comprehensive advisory services and market-leading solutions are now offered in over 90 offices throughout the country, serving close to 50,000 clients and exceeding $500 million in revenue. OneDigital has a well-established track record of doubling and tripling the size of operations in new markets and will be announcing new acquisitions in the next 6-12 months.
