Bloom Parham Adds Talent To Real Estate Litigation Practice With The Addition Of Samantha Skolnick

Bloom Parham, LLP is pleased to announce that Samantha L. Skolnick has joined the firm as an associate handling complex real estate disputes. She has extensive experience handling construction and commercial litigation matters in all phases of civil litigation.

Prior to joining Bloom Parham, Skolnick served as an associate at an insurance defense firm. She has a demonstrated history of handling disputes related to breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, construction defects, products and premises liability, and medical malpractice claims.
 
Skolnick served as an extern for the Honorable Jackson Bedford in the Superior Court of Fulton County. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in sociology and received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Burt and Betty Schear Book Prize. She was also named an Emory Graduating Woman of Excellence.
