FCP Vice President for Multifamily Development and Acquisitions, Alex Cathcart, will take part in the upcoming Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference Southeast (BMAC) on September 10, 2019 at the Westin Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Cathcart will take part in the panel, “Capital Markets: Solving for X; Getting Tough Deals Done and Multifamily Investment Strategies”.
 
Alex Cathcart leads FCP’s Raleigh, NC office and specializes in the firm’s multifamily investments throughout the Southeast Region, including core, core-plus, and value-add acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up development and structured finance. Prior to joining FCP in 2012, Alex worked in the Real Estate Group of Wells Fargo Bank. Alex is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and holds a BSBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
