Adams and Reese is pleased to announce Jeffrey P. Willison has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as an Associate. He will focus on the areas of financial services law, litigation and corporate transactions.
 
Willison represents clients in mergers, corporate formation, contract negotiation, contract drafting, litigation (both criminal and civil), international trade and customs and consumer privacy matters relating to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
 
He advises clients on a wide variety of transactions and contracts, including telecommunication, construction, supplier and marketing/advertising agreements. Willison also assists with due diligence on purchase and sale transactions, as well as drafts, negotiates and advises on corporate acquisitions and dispositions, both domestic and international.
 
Willison received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2015 and his B.S. from the University of Colorado in 2012.
