SkinReMEDI by Natural Body Welcomes Nurse Practitioner Kara Fur to Team

Atlanta-based boutique med spa SkinReMEDI by Natural Body announced the addition of Nurse Practitioner and Cosmetic Injector Kara Fur. With over ten years in the medical field, Fur joins the team with a robust background in aesthetics and pain management, passionate about educating others about safe, high-quality skincare, anti-aging and body rejuvenation as well as beautification, cosmetic injections, body sculpting and weight management.

Prior to this role, Fur worked at Pain Solutions Treatment Centers, Northside Spine and Pain and Spine Center Atlanta, where she served as a clinical preceptor for several nurse practitioner students studying at Emory University School of Nursing. A Sandy Springs resident, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in biology from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s Degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, where she completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program and served on the medical-surgical and labor and delivery units at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, as well as in clinics across rural Tennessee. She is a Vanderbilt University School of Nursing 2010 Patient Advocate of the Year and active member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, American Nurses Association, Georgia Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
