Held on October 26, 2019, at the Georgia Aquarium, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 39th Annual OBIE Awards celebration is presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. The OBIE Awards serve as the premier awards for residential real estate and new home construction in the Atlanta market.

Awarded for the builder’s accomplishments in the building industry, SR Homes received the following Gold OBIE Awards:

Single-Family Builder, Detached Model (Builds 100+ Homes/Year) $500,000 to $599,999 – Burchfield at Montebello

Single-Family Builder, Detached Model (Builds 100+ Homes/Year) $600,000 to $699,999 – Odette at Montebello

SR Homes also received the following Silver OBIE Awards:
