MARTA Spreads Holiday Cheer with Live Music

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) public arts program Artbound will feature jazz musicians and holiday carolers throughout the system during the month of December to say thank you to our valued customers.

Enjoy jazz performances from the Serenbe Institute on December 19 from 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on the concourse level of Five Points Station. The Serenbe Institute is a non-profit organization that supports artistic, cultural, and environmental well-being.

Holiday carolers will perform the week of December 16-20 from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. All events will include giveaways to show appreciation for our customers.

Thursday, December 19 – Jazz Saxophonist Dr. Stephan Davis – 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

One percent of MARTA’s annual budget is allocated for its Artbound program which was developed to enhance the ridership experience through visual and performing arts.
