On the heels of a record year in 2019 in which the firm surpassed the $1 billion annual sales mark for the first time, Mark Spain Real Estate has hired recruiting veteran Maria Perry. She will serve as director of talent acquisition, a newly created position within the firm.
 
A Georgia native, Perry has 20 years’ experience in the recruiting field and spent the last four years leading the recruiting operation at AmTrust Financial, a Fortune 500 company. Like company founder Mark Spain, Maria Perry is a Terry College of Business graduate at the University of Georgia.
 
Citing the continuous learning for employees and agents, the culture and the care Mark Spain Real Estate takes with each and every client, Perry is very enthusiastic about advancing the firm’s expansion efforts.
