Artisan Built Communities is pleased to announce that a new neighborhood of new homes is now selling in the NatureWalk section of Paulding County master-planned community Seven Hills. Rosemont at NatureWalk features new two-story traditional estate homes priced from the low $300,000s.
“Rosemont is an ideal neighborhood for on-the-grow families searching for a suburban location with access to big city amenities,” said Stephen Haines, president of Artisan Built Communities. “Our flexible floor plans offer a number of options for buyers, ensuring their home perfectly complements how they live.”
Buyers at Rosemont at NatureWalk can design their dream home from the ground up. Potential homebuyers can choose from four floor plans that offer four or five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms throughout 2,608 to 3,137 square feet of living space. Homes include open living areas, flexible living spaces on both floors, impressive owner’s suites with sitting areas (per plan) and spa-like bathrooms with double vanities and separate tubs and showers. Options are also available for either a first-floor guest or owner’s suite and outdoor living spaces. In addition, homes in Rosemont come standard with granite countertops, stainless steel Samsung appliances and fireplaces in the great room.
Multiple homes are currently under construction in the new Rosemont section and will be move-in ready this spring. In addition, opportunities for presales are available, allowing buyers to select the home site, floor plan and interior features that best fits their budget and need. Buyers also have the ability to add a basement on select home sites for just $44,000.
Living at Rosemont provides homeowners with access to all of Seven Hills’ incredible amenities. These resort-style amenities include a 13-acre theme park-style waterpark, clubhouse, a tennis and pickleball center, dog park, golf cart trails, a shared community horticulture center, wellness center, expansive green spaces and miles of nature trails for hiking, biking and walking. In addition, community residents have access to top Paulding County schools, including Abney Elementary, McClure Middle and North Paulding High.
