ATL Based VoiceNation Partners with the Virtual Phone App Ninja Number to Provide Enhanced Live Answering Services

VoiceNation, a nationwide, industry leading provider of voice services, has announced a partnership with virtual phone system app, Ninja Number. VoiceNation specializes in offering personalized 24/7 answering services, including weekends and holidays, while Ninja Number creates a business phone number on users’ smartphones.
The partnership will extend the offerings of VoiceNation’s platform to the many clients of Ninja Number. Now, solopreneurs and entrepreneurs can take their business calls with them anywhere, on one phone, without using a personal number to conduct business. This includes the feature Team Mode, which allows the primary user to link phone numbers, so team members can help answer calls, texts and voicemails. Team Mode provides business owners with more freedom, while also running a business. The new live answering feature, Live Ninja On-Demand, will offer users full call handling coverage, day or night.

App users will be able to toggle to Live Ninja On-Demand at any time, whether it’s during busy hours of the day, after hours, or on weekends and holidays. Ninja Operators will take messages and forward the messages to the app user immediately through the app.
