Skanska USA, one of the world’s leading construction and development firms, announced that Barkley Richey has been promoted to senior director of business development for the Georgia and South Carolina regions. Barkley will be responsible for the firm’s strategic growth and development opportunities, and will be based in the Atlanta office.

Richey has worked in the engineering and construction industry for more than 16 years, 12 of which are with Skanska. He brings experience from all facets of project delivery, from project pursuit and start, to project closeout.
 
Richey has worked on a number of accounts across the United States during his tenure with Skanska, including: Alston & Bird, American International Group, IBM, Turner Broadcasting / CNN, amongst many others.
