The Jim Ellis Automotive Group is proud to announce a donation of $55,496 to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (Children’s) raised through their annual Holiday Giving Campaign. The fundraiser has been a long-standing holiday tradition in which a portion of all new or pre-owned vehicle sales between November 29, 2019, through January 2, 2020, are donated to a deserving organization.

Children’s, a not-for-profit, is one of the largest pediatric clinical care providers in the country. The organization serves families in Georgia and beyond, managing more than one million patient visits annually. During those visits, the family support team makes a difference in the lives of patients by providing music therapy, special visits from hospital facility dogs, one-on-one sessions with on-site schoolteachers, chaplains and more. These services – which help kids feel like kids – are especially important for pediatric cancer patients who often spend long stretches of time in the hospital for treatment.

“It gives me and my team great pleasure to make this donation to the family support team so they can continue with the wonderful job of making the families and patients comfortable here at the hospital,” said President Jimmy Ellis.
