Kessler & Solomiany, LLC., one of the preeminent domestic relation firms in Atlanta, has renewed its long-term lease. Hansell Roddenbery, Principal at Cresa Global Inc., represented Kessler & Solomiany in the lease transaction.
 
The law firm has 10,931-rentable square feet at 101 Marietta Street, a 665,000-square-foot building in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Class A building is within walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and numerous hotels and restaurants.

“We’ve considered several alternatives, including purchasing a building, before deciding to renew at our current location,” said Marvin Solomiany, Managing Partner of Kessler & Solomiany. “We enjoy our downtown location and the amenities offered by 101 Marietta Street, along with the continued revitalization of the downtown submarket,” said Randy Kessler, Founding Partner of Kessler & Solomiany.
 
“Having worked with the firm for years on several other leases, I understood the client’s need for detailed analysis and performed a thorough evaluation of the options for their consideration,” said Roddenbery. “In the end, 101 Marietta Street met all of the criteria and offered a substantial cost savings over either relocating to another space or a building purchase.”
