Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) recently secured a 27,505-square-foot lease at Huntcrest Commerce Center, a four-building, Class-A office park located in Lawrenceville, Ga. Matt Davis and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln represented the owner, TerraCap Management.
 
Ally Bank, a leading financial services company, will occupy space within Huntcrest III, located at 1735 North Brown Road in one of four buildings within the office park. With its headquarters located in Detroit, MI, Ally operates throughout the country, providing a variety of financial services, including car financing, online banking, corporate lending, vehicle insurance, mortgage loans and an electronic trading platform to trade financial assets.

The park offers immediate access to Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Peachtree exits, as well as proximity to a highly attractive amenity base, including casual dining options, four hotels, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Gwinnett Civic Center and more.
