Lincoln Property Company Southeast Negotiates New Lease with Ally Bank on Behalf of TerraCap Management

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) recently secured a 27,505-square-foot lease at Huntcrest Commerce Center, a four-building, Class-A office park located in Lawrenceville, Ga. Matt Davis and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln represented the owner, TerraCap Management.
Ally Bank, a leading financial services company, will occupy space within Huntcrest III, located at 1735 North Brown Road in one of four buildings within the office park. With its headquarters located in Detroit, MI, Ally operates throughout the country, providing a variety of financial services, including car financing, online banking, corporate lending, vehicle insurance, mortgage loans and an electronic trading platform to trade financial assets.
“As the second most populated county in Georgia, Gwinnett continues to attract a wealth of new business and commerce,” said Lincoln’s Henritze. “With this, we’ve seen a tremendous uptick in the interest and activity on existing vacant spaces at Huntcrest and look forward to securing several top-tier prospects in the future.”
Offering a total of 394,247 square feet, Huntcrest is currently 83% leased, with available suites ranging in size from 985 square feet to 27,551 square feet. The park offers immediate access to Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Peachtree exits, as well as proximity to a highly attractive amenity base, including casual dining options, four hotels, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Gwinnett Civic Center and more.
