the return of the 47th Annual Mid-East Festival, a beloved Atlanta tradition celebrating the

vibrant sights, sounds, and flavors of the Middle East.

Experience the festival at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church, located at 2045 Ponce de

Leon Ave, Atlanta, GA 30307, on:

Saturday, October 18th, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday, October 19th, 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

A Culinary Journey and Family Fun

Attendees are invited to embark on a delicious culinary journey, featuring an extensive menu of

authentic, homemade Middle Eastern delights. Feast on traditional savory favorites like kibbe,

grilled kafta, crispy falafel, and creamy hummus, all prepared by the parishioners of St. Elias.

Indulge your sweet tooth with delicious homemade Middle Eastern desserts and the unique,

stretchy Middle Eastern ice cream from WowBooza. Be sure to savor the aromatic allure of

traditional Arabic coffee embodying centuries of cultural hospitality and rich flavors.

The festival offers fun for all ages. Enjoy the sounds of traditional Middle Eastern music and

cultural dances, and observe captivating Arabic calligraphy demonstrations where guests

can often take home a personalized keepsake. A dedicated Kid’s Corner will be open

throughout the day, featuring inflatables, facepainting, and crafts, plus a special glitter tattoo

and fairy hair station provided by Sit Still Kids Salon Atlanta.
