7th House Finds A New Groove In Adair Park

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Tuesday, October 28th, 2025

7th House, an elemental hotspot in the heart of Adair Park, is now expanding beyond its cocktail omakase to offer an à la carte menu and curated cocktail list. Led by the creators of Bovino After Dark and The Vine Wine Club, the restaurant is evolving into a more approachable neighborhood destination for everyday dining beginning Monday, November 3.

Beverage Director Trenton Austin, the force behind the Zodiac Cocktail Program, has crafted a “Cocktail Constellations” menu featuring 12 wildly unique drinks inspired by the elements: earth, wind, fire and air. Standouts include the Pathfinder with spiced gin, asparagus, pistachio and tobacco, the Do it Myself featuring mezcal, poblano, corn truffle and pineapple and the Silver Linings mixed with vodka, ice wine, mango, thai chili and coconut.

On the dining front, Chef Chris McCord is bringing his signature mix of creativity and precision to the table. Expect elevated bar bites like Crispy Chicken Skins with ranch foam and hot sauce gelee and Cheeseburger Bao Buns, alongside larger plates like Fried Lamb Ribs and a 12-oz, dry-aged New York Strip. Of course, the restaurant’s celebrated oyster and caviar offerings remain available as well.

In addition to new menus, 7th House is introducing Power Hour, available Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Fresh oysters start at just $1.50 each, complete with all the fixings, alongside $10 Buttermilk Fried Pickles and Crispy Chicken Skins. Caviar will be flowing, and guests can grab a dozen oysters and six High Life ponies for just $32.

This change comes as Adair Park continues to grow into one of Atlanta’s most buzzing food and drink neighborhoods. For photography of 7th House, please follow the link here, and full menus can be found here. Reservations are available via Resy
