Buckhead Village Announces Two New Forthcoming Brands – Rothy's & Great Many

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Monday, October 20th, 2025

Buckhead Village continues to cultivate a diverse retail community with an exciting lineup of forthcoming retail additions. The latest brands set to land at the property include Rothy’s, the cult-favorite sustainable fashion brand known for its washable shoes made from recycled materials, as well as Great Many, a New York-based studio for hair growth.

Slated to open late Fall 2025, Rothy’s – a fashion-first label widely known for its sustainably made footwear, bags, and accessories knit with recycled plastic – is a pioneer for creating timeless products that merge modern design with responsible innovation. From its famous flats to chic seasonal styles and unbelievably luxe bags, the brand’s product lineup is ever-evolving. Since 2016, the retailer has transformed over 200 million plastic bottles into pieces that are as effortless as they are enduring, using a signature knit-to-shape process that eliminates waste and ensures a flawless fit. In building its own best-in-class factory that is both LEED Gold and TRUE Zero-Waste certified, Rothy’s has redefined sustainable style, transforming materials including its Signature Thread, ReVelvet, Natural Hemp, and RSW-Certified Merino Wool to create machine-washable, commuter-friendly styles for modern living.

The Rothy’s store in Buckhead will be located in a 2,100-square-foot space next door to Lucchese and will mark the brand’s second location in Atlanta, joining its sister location at Westside Provisions District in West Midtown.

Coming to Buckhead Village this Winter, Great Many is where you go when you want your hair to grow. Great Many is a hair growth studio offering proven, quick, and easy non-surgical treatments for men and women of all ages and hair types experiencing thinning or loss. With personalized plans combining in-studio PRP hair restoration and the first and only FDA-cleared laser treatment for hair growth, plus at-home products, the brand helps clients get back to hair like they remember – all in a warm, welcoming space that's nothing like a doctor's office.

The 1,800-square-foot studio at Buckhead Village will mark the brand’s second store outside of its location in New York, and its first in Atlanta.

These new additions arrive on the heels of the news that French furniture designer Roche Bobois, London-based luxury womenswear brand ME+EM, and New York-based lifestyle brand Hill House Home will also be joining the property later this year and into 2026.
