Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, an Atlanta-based commercial general contractor, is pleased to announce the hire of Alex Hill as Project Manager. In his new role, Hill oversees a variety of the firm’s projects, ensuring that they deliver on time and on budget.

"Alex is an experienced addition to the Chapco team, presenting a wealth of industry knowledge and fresh ideas that our clients appreciate,” said Jay Kiger, President of Chapco Design Build. “Bringing him on board is an exciting step as we conclude our inaugural year and move forward with upcoming projects.”

Hill joined Chapco Design Build in June 2025 and has already made a notable impact on its project successes. As Project Manager, he is tasked with organizing current and future projects across the Southeast, such as residential amenity construction, light industrial projects and retail centers. Most recently, he was instrumental in securing the contract for the Take 5 Oil Change in Milledgeville, Georgia, which is set to complete on time and on budget in early October.

Prior to Chapco Design Build, Hill worked extensively in project management for several Atlanta construction leaders, including Malone Construction Company, Hannan Construction Company and Integrity Construction Management. He also operated his own construction company, HillStone Construction from 2011 to 2017.

“I’m excited to step into the role of Project Manager at Chapco Design Build and contribute to the firm’s growing portfolio,” said Alex Hill. “From one-off builds to large-scale projects, my focus is on keeping every job organized, efficient and successful.”

Hill holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from the Virginia Military Institute.
