Chapco Design Build, a full-service commercial general contractor, has been selected to build the amenities for Quinn Residences at Snapping Shoals in McDonough. Construction started in May and will take approximately six months, providing residents with a range of amenity offerings by Q4 2025.

The amenity package spans 2.4 acres and features a 4,700-square-foot clubhouse equipped with a business center, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. The dog park provides space for pets to stretch their legs, while the playground offers children a safe place to run and play near home. Other amenities include nature trails, one pickleball court, a dog park and a swimming pool.
