Hussey Gay Bell Welcomes David Morgan, PE as Civil Lead in Atlanta

 Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the addition of David M. Morgan, PE, as Civil Lead for its Atlanta office. Morgan brings nearly 30 years of civil engineering expertise spanning development, stormwater, roadway, water resources and utility projects for federal, state, municipal and private-sector clients.

His portfolio includes more than 25 stormwater and roadway projects for Fayette County, along with several of metro Atlanta’s signature mixed-use and office developments, including Alpharetta City Center and Avalon in Alpharetta, Terminus 100 and Terminus 200 in Buckhead and the Class A office towers at 4004 Perimeter Summit and Northpark 700. 

In addition to his private-sector work, Morgan previously served as Support Services Division Manager for the City of Roswell Department of Environmental/Public Works, where he oversaw engineering, GIS and environmental teams and assisted with fiscal management and planning for the Department’s $20 million budget.

Morgan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, South Carolin, North Carolina, Arkansas and Missouri, and a Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level II Certified Design Professional.
