Katz & Associates is expanding into the Atlanta market with the opening of a new office and the addition of two seasoned professionals: Julie Solomon, who joins as Senior Vice President, and Claire Crawford, as Director.

Julie and Claire join Katz & Associates from The Trilogy Group. They represent a strong portfolio of tenant clients, providing strategic guidance for expansions and playing a key role in helping several national brands successfully enter the Atlanta market.

This strategic move strengthens Katz’s presence in the Southeast, providing clients with enhanced, on-the-ground expertise and support in the region. The Atlanta expansion marks another step in Katz & Associates’ continued commitment to serving clients with regional knowledge and national reach.

Recognized as an industry leader, Julie Solomon has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail tenant representation. Julie’s foundation of success is built on providing clients with unparalleled market knowledge, landlord relationships, and integrity. Julie is known for her creativity in finding sites.

Claire Crawford is a retail specialist with over seven years of experience, focused on performing thorough due diligence to create opportunities for her clients. Through her background in retail development, Claire has honed her skills in identifying, analyzing, and executing on the best sites for her clients. Claire is particularly talented at digging for off-market opportunities by prospecting, driving the markets, and building relationships with local property owners.
