The Providence Group, a subsidiary of Green Brick Partners, Inc (NYSE: GRBK) and the premier developer and homebuilder of award-winning neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, along with more than 30 trade partners celebrated the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home® success in Memphis with the St. Jude Hospital team.
For the third year in a row, The Providence Group team was awarded the Zero Hero award, which are selected from several homebuilders who support the more than 40+ Dream Homes across the country. The Zero Hero award is given to builders who are able to fully donate the entire home and homesite with no cost incurred by St. Jude. The Providence Group worked with many trade partners, vendors and suppliers who generously donated all the materials, labor, time, profits, marketing and operational costs. Green Brick Partners, the parent company of The Providence Group donated the homesite to this worthy cause which allowed our team to transfer the home to St. Jude at zero cost.
“Bringing the St. Jude Dream Home to Atlanta three years ago was a milestone for our team, and we’re proud to carry that legacy forward with the 2025 Dream Home,” said Dusty Talbert, Director of Marketing at The Providence Group. “As an Atlanta homebuilder with two decades of craftsmanship behind us, we measure success not just by the homes we build, but the impact we make. Supporting St. Jude means helping to build something far greater - brighter futures for children and families everywhere.”
Fred Carpentieri of Suwanee won the grand prize of the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home located in the
Palisades community in Cumming. Valued at $750,000, the house has 2,518 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a two-car garage.
For the past three years, The Providence Group has partnered with
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to build the Dream Home, with more than $5 million raised with the Dream Home program in Atlanta. The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program is one of the most prominent and longstanding fundraisers for St. Jude, raising close to a billion dollars since 1991. The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program was founded by
Dr. Donald Mack, a pediatric physician from Shreveport. Builders, subcontractors, vendors and other campaign sponsors that donate time and labor to build a home help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live.
A special thanks to this year’s Atlanta vendors and partners who donated their time, effort, materials and skills to the 2025 St. Jude Atlanta Dream Home®. We could not have made the goal without you all.
