Ric Menchaca Selected for ACEC Georgia's Future Leaders Program

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a 100%-employee-owned, privately held professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and nearly 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is proud to announce that Ric Menchaca, PE, Project Manager, has been selected for the 2025-2026 Future Leaders Program by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia).

The Future Leaders Program equips emerging professionals with the tools and knowledge to succeed in leadership roles within the engineering industry. Over the course of the year, participants engage in sessions focused on business development, public policy, profitability, marketing, and team management, building a strong foundation for career and community leadership.

Ric is a licensed Professional Engineer with seven years of experience in civil site design. His portfolio includes residential communities, commercial developments, utility-scale solar farms, and large-scale data center campuses. He is actively involved throughout the full project life cycle—from early-stage planning through design, permitting, construction administration, and closeout—bringing functional, value-driven solutions to clients across sectors.
