Rooftop Omakase Restaurant and Bar Open at Ten Twenty Spring in Midtown Atlanta
Tuesday, October 14th, 2025
Chef-driven omakase, specialty cocktails and more have arrived at Ten Twenty Spring, the premier office tower at Spring Quarter, a mixed-use district in Midtown Atlanta. Celestia, a rooftop bar and lounge, is now open. The opening of ISHIN by Ito, a new omakase experience, opens tomorrow. The concepts come from renowned Chef Fuyuhiko Ito and will enliven Spring Quarter and Midtown with new hospitality-focused dining options.
Located on Ten Twenty Spring's 8th-floor rooftop, ISHIN by Ito offers an intimate dining experience centered around a 16-seat counter. Guests can enjoy Chef Ito’s masterful creations that celebrate the artistry of Japanese cuisine while taking in views of the Midtown skyline. This uniquely personalized experience includes seasonal specialties, with the current menu featuring a fresh lineup of yakizakana, crudo, nigiri and more. For beverages, an expansive list of sake, wine and Japanese beer are available. Cocktails include Twilight Burn, a hojicha-infused legent bourbon, and Shizuku, made with sake ono, pear liqueur and vermouth.
Celestia, meaning a place between earth and heaven, is adjacent to ISHIN and includes a bar with indoor and outdoor lounge space overlooking the city. The elevated menu includes contemporary international cuisine such as caviar, escargot, wagyu ravioli, oysters, ribeye, lobster, a full dessert menu and more. The beverage menu offers a variety of sake, wine and a wide selection of craft cocktails.
Celestia will open Monday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight. ISHIN is open Tuesday through Saturday, with the first of two omakase seatings beginning at 5:30 p.m. To access the 8th-floor rooftop, guests will enter through a private elevator. Celestia and ISHIN are reservation or invitation only. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.
“ISHIN and Celestia represent a culinary journey of the places I’ve been, the flavors I’ve tasted and the unique moments that were found along the way,” said Chef Ito. “Each dish and drink is thoughtfully designed to be an experience that takes you somewhere new. We look forward to inviting Atlanta to take a bite and a sip with us and discover this new dining experience for Atlanta, which will soon be followed by the opening of our flagship restaurant, Sozou.”
Chef Ito will also open Sozou, a new dining experience that pushes the boundaries of contemporary Japanese cuisine, on the ground floor of Ten Twenty Spring. The name Sozou encapsulates imagination and creativity, which guests will feel through the restaurant's incredible menu, mixology program and a nature-inspired interior design. Opening in early 2026, Sozou will feature a main kitchen, robata grill and sushi counter, and serve the freshest, highest-quality ingredients sourced from the world's finest fish markets.
Developed in partnership by Portman and Perform Properties, Ten Twenty Spring is Atlanta’s newest office tower. It features modern, 32,000-square-foot-plus floor plates and 10-foot panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows – a first-of-its-kind in this market. The tower is outfitted with 15,000 square feet of private terraces and 20,000 square feet of exclusive tenant amenities and 10,000 square feet of green space.
“The openings of ISHIN and Celestia are important milestones in realizing our vision of creating a one-of-a-kind office and dining experience at Ten Twenty Spring,” said Travis Garland, Chief Development Officer for Portman. “This momentum, paired with recent lease signings, is a strong testament to the long-term appeal of activated mixed-use districts. In the coming months, we will bring even more energy to the campus with the openings of Sozou and Habaneros and are eager for the community to experience Midtown’s newest dining destination.”
At the heart of Spring Quarter is the historic H.M. Patterson Home and Gardens, where Portman is creating an alluring day-to-night dining experience. Sora, Spring Quarter’s 370-unit luxury residential tower, features top-tier amenities such as multiple fitness centers, an infrared sauna, a climbing wall, a golf simulator and a resort-style pool overlooking the city. The ground floor of Sora includes retail space that is home to Pepper Boxing, an Atlanta-based cardio boxing class. Habaneros, a contemporary Mexican restaurant, will open at Sora later this year.
