Throughout his career, Ruland has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at four different home builders, most recently with Sharp Residential and Toll Brothers. He has earned a reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving consistent sales success and introducing innovative ideas shaped by his experience in both private and public builder environments.
