The Atlanta campus will be UTI's first in Georgia and its fourth in the Southeast. Along with the new San Antonio campus, UTI-Atlanta is part of the company's plan to expand access to in-demand career training while supporting employers with the skilled technicians they need.

"As we expand into the Atlanta metro area, we're focused on more than opening doors—we're building connections with students, employers, and the community," said Tracy Lorenz, UTI Division President. "Tod has the vision and experience to establish a campus that not only delivers training but also becomes a trusted source of skilled talent for Georgia's workforce."

Gibbs has more than 25 years of experience in higher education and operations management, having served as Campus President, Regional President, and Chief Operations Officer at other educational institutions. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for successfully launching and growing campuses, strengthening teams, and aligning education and workforce needs.

UTI-Atlanta Campus President Gibbs shared, "As I join UTI and UTI-Atlanta, I am focused on building a campus and team that reflects the strength of our institution and the needs of this growing region. Working with employer partners and industry leaders, we will support students with the education they need to pursue careers that help support Georgia's long-term growth."
