Gwinnett Chamber & Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council Sign Agreement

On Sept. 21, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) held a memorandum of understanding ceremony to formalize a partnership. Preceding the ceremony, the county commissioners, led by Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson, presented a proclamation recognizing Sept. 20 through Sept. 24 as Minority Business Opportunity Week.

Cumberland CID Unveils New Cumberland Sweep Brand

The Cumberland CID revealed an exciting new brand for one of their innovative projects at the Cumberland CID’s Board Meeting. ‘Cumberland Sweep’ will be the new name and brand for a three-mile multimodal path designed to improve connectivity throughout the core of the Cumberland area with dedicated walking and cycling lanes and an autonomous shuttle system that will make travel easier, more reliable, and safer.
