Stephen Mosher, PE, PTOE, has joined Barge Design Solutions, Inc. (Barge) as the Manager of Georgia Transportation out of the firm’s Atlanta office.
 
Mosher has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry, designing and managing a wide range of transportation projects for state and local governments. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana with extensive experience as a project manager on complex transportation infrastructure projects. Mosher earned Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1999) and Master of Business Administration (2006) degrees, both from the University of Memphis.

Mosher currently serves on the Board as Scholarship Chair for the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Georgia Section, and he previously served in several Board positions including President for the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Deep South Section.
