Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) and TerraCap Management announce the dramatic transformation of two office buildings located in Gwinnett County. Rebranded as Spectrum 2905 and 2915 Premiere Parkway, the park consists of two buildings formerly identified as Sugarloaf VI and VII. Matt Davis and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln handle leasing on behalf of the owner/operator, TerraCap.

Spectrum 2905 and 2915 Premiere Parkway are located within the Business Park at Sugarloaf, a master-planned office park featuring nearly 500,000 square feet of Class-A office space in Gwinnett County. Recent renovations at Spectrum feature a natural, grounded palette meant to evoke a warm but clean and fresh space.
 
On the heels of these renovations, four new spec suites are set to deliver this month, ranging in size from 1,509 to 6,369 square feet. Nelson Design Group executed the modernized look and feel of the spec suites, featuring a mix of open-ceiling concepts, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, solid surface countertops and top-of-the-line finishes throughout.
